“Why do you have to be the first to go?”

John Taylor and Tommy Jackman have been best friends for 24 years, ever since they made a blood brother pact to stick together through thick and through thin when they were 8 years old. Every year since, they’ve shared an Adirondack summer at John’s summer camp, and many other times in between.

Their pact will be put to the ultimate test when Tommy asks John to bring him back to the lake to die.
